Rocket Escape was developed by Compact Square Studios, a development studio that I founded and lead, over the course of almost three years.

I was the sole programmer and audio designer on the project, led game design and direction, and created some of the art assets. I also was solely responsible for the logistics of organizing the team and navigating the publishing process.

This was Compact Square's first game, but we are working on a second one with an expanded team.
Development:
The first level had a massive visual overhaul, and the tutorial was moved to its own environment
Achievements were made more important, numerous, and varied, and they are now integrated with Steam
Secrets and the Level Editor were added as additional content to the main game
Rocket Escape was published on Steam on December 2nd, 2022.
My dream had been to publish a game on Steam for 5 years by the time I released Rocket Escape, and I was very happy to be able to accomplish this massive goal.
